Hi all! I am new here and perhaps this is not the correct place to post the puzzlement that I have, but perhaps anybody will still succed to explain me! Getting to know the client is one of the MOST important things for a webdesigner. Asking questions and seeing the answers and reading between the lines will help you do that. The second is keeping the customer updated (Not On Everything) on areas of cosmetics and internet do and donts. I think these keys are significant for Business to Customer relations, they think you are aware what they are imaging. Are there any other questions that help get to the comfortability? Thanks!
